WhatsApp pricing in India, explained
Two bills. Know which is which.
1. Your SelfCRM plan. A flat monthly or yearly price in US dollars, with 18% GST added for customers in India and a proper GST invoice. It covers the inbox, SelfAI, broadcasts, pipelines and your team.
2. WhatsApp's message charges. Meta bills these per delivered message, by category (marketing, utility, authentication and service), at the rates it publishes for India in rupees. Each WhatsApp number gets 1,000 free service messages a month. We add 0% on top of Meta's rates.
Meta changed its India rates on 1 October 2026, so check Meta's current rate card before you plan a campaign.
What WhatsApp charges
Your plan and Meta's message fees are separate. We add nothing to Meta's.
